Prerequisites
2FA must be enabled by the Classification team.
If you are not sure whether this has been done yet, please contact us on support@cipher.ai.
You must have an authenticator app installed on your mobile device.
Any authenticator that supports TOTP can be used, including:
Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy etc…
Set up
Go to https://app.cipher.ai/logout
Cipher login page should be displayed. Enter your password, and click “Sign In”
A QR barcode is displayed.
- Open the authenticator app on your mobile device
- Scan the QR code, to add an account for Cipher.
- At this point, the authenticator app should be generating a 6-digit code for Cipher.
For example, on Microsoft Authenticator mobile app, it looks something like this:
Back on the Cipher login screen:
- Enter the 6-digit code in the “One-time code” field
- Enter a name in “Device Name” (can be anything, for example “my iPhone”)
- Click “Submit”
Log in
On each log in to Classification (https://app.cipher.ai ), you will need to provide the following two things:
Your Password
One-time code (6-digit code from the Authenticator app)
